Park Slope School 282 is a diverse Pre-K to 8th Grade school located in Park Slope, Brooklyn, on 6th avenue between Lincoln Place and Berkeley Place. Our mission is to spark a hunger for learning in every child. It is in NYC DOE school District 13.
Over the years, Principal Rodriguez has dedicated herself to studying and bringing innovative learning experiences into classrooms, including International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme, Renzulli's Schoolwide Enrichment Model, Project Based Learning, and Cultural Competency.

PTO Funds go towards Science Programming, Gardening, Music Equipment, Recess Facilitators, Student Clubs, Stepping Up Ceremonies, Teacher Grants for Classroom supplies, and much more!
